No, there are no weapons database changes in TSH v4.02, or any previous TSH v4 version. These are planned for the next TSH release.

I don't believe there was ever a problem with the GBU's. Over the years I have done and posted some testing to show that the Penetrating and Non-penetrating warheads are correctly assigned. The Bunker Issue was, I believe, a terrain issue where the bunkers are floating a bit and not registering hits properly when the penetrating weapons were used.

Recluse is correct, and I think I've confirmed that in the database. I will check again as I continue to work.

In the meantime, changes that will definitely show up are nomenclature and designation changes (to reflect realistic weapons labels, abbreviations, and designations) as well as modifying the RCS of the HARPOON missile to be in line with the RCS of the SLAM-ER missile.
