I can sit at my computer and look out through my patio doors at my pool. It is just begging for a little R/C boat to ply the waters. I'm thinking like one of those fireboats that has the squirting water canon. Or I'd like a tug boat or something.. Nothing fast..just something fun to tool around with.



I also dig this one because it appears to have differential prop capabilities:

BEach depending on the skill level for the assembly you might want to do a search for Billing Boats. they have most stuff from the Andrea Gail to HDMS Absalon and all price ranges.
