This game is great! I love the music and car selection. Plus I can drive a Ford Thunderbird clone! My favorite 1950s car.

Have you guys noticed the collectable Playboy mags scattered around? There's one in your kitchen and one in one of the gun shops.

You mean these biggrin

I have slightly edited it for our younger folks and for those of a nervous disposition smile
There is also one in the Clothes shop by the docks.

BTW I was under the impression that this game was set in the 40's but most of the music has a 50's feel to it.

Those are the ones!

I think it's set in the very early 1950s - one of the guys on the radio announced the invention of the hydrogen bomb, which puts it around 1951/52.

But Buddy Holly wasn't having hits till the mid fifties, Muddy waters got my mojo working wasn't out till about '57 and Money by Barret Strong was released in '59, there are prolly more errors too.
Nitpicking I know but it's the little details that make the game believable. Maybe it's just the demo and the music will be "fixed" in the game proper.

AFAIK the errors in chronology will stay in, as they are by design. Even Playboy started in '53 and I think here will be plenty older issues in the full game.

The game is not on a real setting so it doesnt really matter, just as long as it feels like the 50s.
