If aliens are "humanoid but not human-looking", then what are we talking about? Andorians/Orion Slave Girls/Avatar-babes? (Vulcans, Trill, Deltans etc are even too much human-looking imho, so I guess you mean some big difference.) But in all of those cases, I had nothing against a close encounter of the yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaa kind.

Assuming that these alien ladies(?) have reasonably appropriate "parts" and are similar enough to human females that we'd even find them slightly sexually interesting.... sure, I don't see why not.

I think though that humanoid aliens is one of those expectations scifi has set up that's very likely gonna turn out to be false.

I'm still waiting for an alien invasion of Earth movie where the aliens are simply points of light that float around. Now THAT would be a successful film.
