heheh. I'd send 4m to IL2 developers too, not sure if they'll really succeed in getting funds from russian government (and I'm itching to play SOW:BoB). And some to FO developers too. And to TK as well. So we can all do cutting edge flight sims without budget limitations, basically ressurrecting the whole flight sim genre up to 90s standards.

Wow yeah the 90's - was there ever a month when a flight sim didn't come out? RIP Microprose, Janes, etc... sniff

sigh Yeah, it's long been one of my many empty dreams to have a large sum of money to devote to developing a highly realistic aerial combat simulator. I would of course wish to have final creative say, but for the most part I would leave things up to the capable developers.
