I think that the amount of viewers and posters in this forum hints strongly that this sim has no legs unless the sim is upgraded. Where are the developers who stated they are in it for the long haul? Have they moved on to other projects? Will these projects include improvements to this sim much like the IL-2 series improved with each addon? I haven't been following the development for months.

Looks like another update of some kind is on the way.
This forum is barely a year old and it's got more threads going than some topics that have been here much longer. I'd say it's doing just fine.

I see very little activity in this forum and the Yuplay forum. I'm sure the sim has a few fans, but it still appears to have no legs. The patch appears to only fix some 1032 bugs. I haven't bought the 109 addon as it doesn't address the problems I have with this sim. Hopefully there will be a major upgrade that will bring more simmers into the fold, as it does have potential.

I wouldn't say it is DOA.. but it needs work... work that apparently is either not coming or long in coming.. and all things considered... if this "upgrade" does not come with a substantial discount for all who bought WoP I will not be spending a dime on it..

What development, there hasn't been anything other than plane of the month posts from the devs for months.

I never did understand the "this sucks, I hate it" threads in any sim forum.
