At the beginning of the three images-1 a perfectly sharp,
The second more blurred,
and a third square teeth, and low-quality and the question whether it should be, it is intended and that is the reality, whether these are the limitations of the engine?
second question-when ka52 missile strikes the target, the entire helicopter is shaking, and nose-dives in down - this is in fact?
If so, what is it caused?

Check eech central Electro optical systems. The first one is like looking for binocular, so its the best image. Second one is looking through TV camera and third one is looking through thermo vision.

I know;) simply do not know whether this has to be,
Is it the fault of my graphics card settings
And whether any control panel settings will improve the picture.

Hi Banita,

I don't think there's anything wrong with your setup.

I think the FLIR image is supposed to look like that.

From what I understand (and some of you military guys can correct me if I'm wrong please), the FLIR sees heat from the item. In things like tanks, trucks and aircraft some bits will give off more heat than others. The edges will cool off quickest, so the image will tend to be ragged and look low resolution.

Hope this helps put your mind at rest.....

Cheers,

Andy

I don't think you're comparing "apples to apples".

In every image there is the text "locked vehicle". If you zoomed into the bino view, to where the text was the same size and the camera images, I doubt the resolution would be much different. You are just seeing more pixels, from a zoomed out perspective...so it looks cleaner.

The difference between the LLLTV and FLIR image has to do with color replacement.
In the 2nd image you are seeing a zoomed image (more pixelated, yes) with a just green tint .

In the FLIR image the normal colors and textures of the vehicles that are behind that green tint are replaced, to make it look like it lights up thermally. This makes them appear more jagged.
As an example, take a true type font and replace all the subtle shades of gray pixels that surround the letter with pure black ones, and see how jagged it looks.
