I'm confused guys and I need some clarification. I'm using the GOG version patched/modded to 1.12.

The manual says that the Commanche and the Hokum are supposed to have a bob-up overlay on the HUD but I can't seem to get it to work with the exception of the Apache.

Any ideas?I've tried on the pad, in a manual hover, in an auto hover, with targets, in navigation mode and weapons safe. I've been practicing so long I suppose I'll have no need for it by the time I find it but it's really bugging me.

Comanche HUD was redesigned to match the real one. There are only two modes now.... Hover & Cruise.

The bob-up symbology is integrated into the Hover mode.
(See velocity vector, at bottom/center of HUD.)
