I Got a response back from a letter I wrote a month or so ago to Gamestop.

They thanked me for taking the time to write them about my concerns in their not having any current flight sims available at their store, and they said that ROF will soon be available through gamestop. They also said that they are looking into other flight Sims to add to their inventory.

I went and looked at their web page today and ROF ICE is there for preorder.

Now, I'm sure my little letter didn't have much to do with it, but I was shocked to have recieved a response back from them.

A Big Congrats goes out to Jason and 777 studios on this I hope you guys sell a ton of copies through Gamestop !

If anyone has friends that have not purchased ROF yet , lets send them to gamestop to get a copy. I know I told a few people about it and they preordered it today.

This could help us all by ensuring that in the future we will be able to go to our local game store and get the newest flight sims when they come out via a hard copy and it would be nice to be able to use a trade in towards a new Flight Sim.

Yes, Gamestop agreed to carry it a while ago, but they did not cut a PO until very close to launch. Plus there was some strange issue with the shipping to them that was out of my control and it further delayed their launch, but it's now shipping.

They have the D.II as their bonus plane and it will be available in 1000 Gamestop stores as well as online.
