Wow i just saw an advertisement at the top of this page for www.cockpits.nl Ive NEVER seen him advertise before. Just though it was kinda cool, maybe more folks will get to see his awesome work they never knew about. Ive got a bunch of his pits' for falcon 4.0 and they are awesome!! Also, to any newcomers out there, he DOES make some pretty nice looking textures for the apache in EECH as well....not saying that theres anything wrong with arnehs at all, just think of it as a shiny new set of rims a little "bling" lol j/k. Anyway great to see hes moving forward!

Agreed CHADDOGG. I should have added my (quite similar) comment to this forum post instead of making a new entry for this. I overlooked this comment.

It is good to see the Eric de Best or Aeyes advertisement. There is a very good selection of product, especially for FreeFalcon5 as well. There is a forum. There is no apparent means of asking the developpers questions directly other than through the forum. So I ask here.
I have the AH64 cockpit. It is installed in G:\Razorworks (EECH).When I have run the setup, however, I am never asked to verify the install destination. It is automatically setting up for C:\Program Files\StrategyFirst (EECH2).
So I ask....How can the installer be directed toward the correct directory? If this is not possible due to a "small matter of software", which folders or files can be copied to EECH from EECH2 install to get the value from the 11Euro investment??

Thank you, Colonel. I know there is a forum at the NL site. I mentioned it. I have also registered for usage and I am not permitted to place an "technical" question on the site for "reasons". While I await the magma to cool at the Aeyes NL site with its complicated registration and "time out" period. I would like to know if someone might be able to answer the question without a redirect.
How does one direct the program installer to a directory site other than what the installer sets up automatically. I am in drive G. The AH64 installer persists in installing in program files\C. I want the installer to recognize EECH, not EECH2.
If difficult, what files or directory must be ported to the correct directory (EECH) to achieve full functional value?

You could try either copying your EE2 install to a DVD, then deleting it from your hard drive and installing the pit. Then just copy back the EE2 install on completion. You could try renaming both your install folders then create a dummy razorworks folder for the installer to find, then copy paste the directory structure. You could execute the installer on a PC that has no EECH/EE2 install, then copy the unpacked files. As I understand it the installer creates a backup folder of the old textures then overwrites. I could be wrong but to me removing the EE2 install seems the simplest method. Unsing a programme such as "Uninstall Tool" should clean your registry so the textures go into the correct area.

I don't understand. I just tested a forum registration and like all other fora an activation email is sent to someone who registers rightaway, no delay. The only 'reason' that only registered people are allowed to write posts is because the forum needs to stay clean from spam, nonsense posts about viagra and what not. Anyway, you are welcome at the cockpits.nl forum and by now I suppose you have the cockpit installed, if not please check your email.

I received your separate email. I did the prescribed tasks:
To install these,-
Copy the current “Razorworks\cohokum\graphics\textures\cockpit\ah-64d-cockpit” dir to the main “Razorworks” dir for backup - Go to “Razorworks\cohokum\graphics\textures\cockpit\ah-64d-cockpit” dir and empty it. - Unzip the EECH-ah-64d-cockpit.zip into the empty “ah-64d-cockpit” dir
Regards, Aeyes
It worked. I thank you for offering an excellent product, available at accessible prices, and that is well supported.
I was eventually able to post a request for help as the forum and feedback messages of today demonstrate. I had to re-apply the authorization code to gain entrance. However, your site is not free from Spam. Each time I have accessed it I am hit at least six times by an "Off The Table" cartoon that appears to want to sell something or just disrupt site entrance.
Regards,
PS Colonel The response of Aeyes worked. I did not have to obliterate my EECH2 install. That sounded too much like "Leggos for Adults" to be attractive.

I have never experienced that nor heard of it before from other visitors. And site entrance disruption is the last I would want. I am looking into it but I suspect it must be something 'local' because there is nothing on the entrance that could cause that. If anyone else experiences this let me know please.

I saw your comment. I returned to your site and received six repeated hits from a "game" spam entitled "Flip a Quarter and Win!". I attempted to Prt Scrn (Home key) and then Crtl V into Paint, but the copy failed on my new keyboard. It is a contrived game that allows the player to flip a quarter into a cup to win a PS3. It came across Windows Explorer at http://ads.1.revenue.net/load/209702/Fli...E_ID=12169&Such is what I was able to copy from the IP heading. I hope this helps. Good Luck
