i had looked at a different demo of panzer elite (panzer elite action?)
and that looked more arcade-ish.
does pese have any additions or add-ons?

PESE is PE with the mods that were available at that time and the tools to edit the game.

JoWooD purchesed the developer of PE and gave the project to Zootfly. Zootfly turned the title into an action shooter.

Those are mostly images used in private discussions about various code bugs or projects that were being worked on, but it gives an honest view of the graphics quality.

i just bought the game and patched it to 1.2

a couple of questions if i may.

will the mods work with jonesoft generic mod enabler.
i've used it with other wargames.

do you have any suggestions for which mods i should start with.
i enjoy playing as the germans and like the eastern front.

i'm having trouble finding the link to download the ostpak.
am i assuming rightly that ostpak is a mod for playing on the eastern front?

well i did find the files for the ostpak mod.
i installed them to the game in the "mods" folder.
but i dont see where in-game to find the ostpak mod.
any help?

If you have it installed correctly you should see new Campaigns in the Camp.-menue..
Check the install-path, most errors are "/programfiles vs. /program files".

The mod enabler is located in the PE folder (mod_enabler.exe). If Ostpak is not listed in the mod enabler, verify it was unzipped properly by verifying the folder structure mods/ost/ost. If I remember correctly, they placed the ini file in the wrong folder. The ostpak.ini file needs to be in the mods folder.
