No, the avionics update just changes what is displayed on the MFDs, while the textures changes everything around them, so no conflict.

BTW, still gotta buy that pit.
And now I know it sure is worth it because it won't ever break your future EECH versions.

I can't guarantee that it will never be broken in some future version. But nothing currently in the plans will break it.
(most likely to break it would be if the 3D model of the cockpit was changed/improved).
