I'd rather have 25 B-17s but maybe that's just me Some nice shots there, also in the original post. That would be a sight to see... Wheels

Wow what a treat! Wish I was old enough to have thought to ask my granddad what it was like to be in the sky with so many bombers back in WWII. He passed away almost 6 years ago, was on a B-25 when he had to bail out over Holland and then transferred to B17s later in the war serving as a ball turret gunner (short lol), I think a navigator and radio operator.
I've got a bad feeling about this.....
