We've updated nearly all Crimean Air Wars Mods to work seamlessly with one another and with the latest Mods. Still to be done are Majesco's F/A-18C mod, VNAO F-14D/F-18E and Kys WF-33 mod, all for Carrier Ops.

Once installed, CAW adds over 3 GB of Mods to a clean Lock On FC 1 Install.


The CAW packs are installed in a sequence, all numbered as an aid, some of Mods installers are in an EXE format to ensure that they will work after you install them and those in Modman 7.2 are usually optional Installs. Compatibility MEInit are included for added flexibility.

What is CAW ? It adds the Su-25T, MiG-29A/K/S and Su-27/33 Flanker to the US side as well as enables as a flyable (using the MiG-29K flight model) either the Mirage F-1CR or Gripen - you can have either Gys F-15C or Walmis F-15C and also SimMod's A-10A - the 3GO Su-27 Flanker can be installed over any combination of mods.

And there are a few dozen Skins and well over a hundred Missions made by our Team that are included in those Mods.

SimMod and Ruggbutt's Enhanced terrains, the Merzifon Mod and Ricardo's HD cockpits are now fully compatible, in fact, any mod that does not change the MEInit is now compatible.

Of course not all Mods included in CAW were made by us - they were made by :Archer, Alexandra, Birdy, Beczl, Brewber, D-Scythe, Knell, Oxyd, PallMall, Mechanist, Mitch Janssen, Shamandgg, Some1, TekaTeka and Walmis. We added their Mods in such a way as to ensure maximum compatibility
