hahaha

Magnum and I were both out of torpedoes and two destroyers were chasing him. I said "Too bad you're not clear on the other side of the convoy or I'd surface and deck gun a few merchants."

Mag says "It would make for some cool screenshots"

"Fair enough..." Ahead flank, prepare to surface! Battlestations!

I got off about 7 shots into a merchant and had him burning good before I was littered with shells. I crash dived to evade and the sub couldn't take it biggrin

that last action shot in my series is where i decided to have fun, out of torpedo's, I surfaced for some deck gun action... within 5 seconds of surfacing the destroyer ran over me, killing my whole ship and crew. lol

That was my first time in game, so no...no night battles yet.

You can really see the difference the lighting, cloud and ocean mods make when you put the pics next to each other.

That was my first MP game as well, no night battles yet for me either. Maybe this weekend.

Nice screenshots and I would be happy to join for some MP but I won't buy it (unless the DRM scheme changes)!

I actually feels a sorry for the very talented artists in the devteam at Ubisoft Romania that their hard work will fall on this titles choosen DRM! Yea, that applies for me personally but I'm far from alone reasoning this way and voting with my dollars.

There are a few holdouts but SH5 is a top seller on every digital download site it's available on and there have been some pretty big games this month. NPD numbers for it's release aren't available yet. Hopefully it sells enough that it gets at least 4 patches like SH3 & 4 got because it needs them.
