The FBMWs are actually pretty nice to drive around here, but they get a bit loose at the exit of the Casino Square so be careful around there.

Okay , I was just on the server. There seems to be a slight problem with the Formula BMW setup. As in, IT`S NOT LOADED. biggrin
Not for the German series at least and that seems to be the only series to choose from at the moment.

Seems fine here LC, it's the default setup with changed gears. Not sure if the pitstop menu is meant to be grayed out though?

I see. I thought that we were going with the lower wing setting from the previous setup. My mistake. whoohoo
As for the pitstop menu, it wasn´t before and we started with a full load of fuel.

Last race the pitstop menu was greyed out, but I am pretty sure one of races before that it was open. I remember topping up the fuel before the race.

The new gearing setup is really nice, I notice quite a bit better acceleration now.

Thanks for that Ahmad. Now, I just have to get this course memorized smile

Cheers!

Important message to SimHQ Open Wheel Series drivers

The evil daylight savings time switch is this weekend where the time moves forward.

Every time it switches, some drivers get the time wrong and end-up missing a race.

To avoid anyone getting left out, I will be posting in the series thread a countdown starting 3 hours before the official practice start time (1 PM eastern US time).

Please check this thread for time updates so you don't miss the Monaco series finale.

And so ends my open-wheel career. Pierre, I hope I didn't mess you up too bad... my car flipped after the tunnel and I thought I could exit out before you got there but I watched the replay and saw you had to swerve and hit the wall. I should have told you I was there, sorry.

I have no idea how you guys go so fast and and stay consistant for an hour, it's really amazing to me. I'm going back to ovals.

Thanks for the races!

Well this serie has been a lot of fun.

So much for Monaco it last 13 laps for me! I damaged my car hitting the wall when trying to avoid Adverb when he crashed exiting the tunnel.(not your fault Adverb ,i had time to slow down upon yellow flag warning but didnt Smile2)...from then on my car was understeering and it was very difficult to get control in slow turns to crash into t1 wall on lap 13.
Consistency was the game for me in this serie ,a second place , has i was under Ahmad and Col's pace , there was no room for mistakes if i wanted to make it in the top 3.

Congrads Ahmad and Mojo on you're championships clapping

Thanks to Doug ,SimHQ and a special thanks to you Ahmad for your effort to make this serie going thumbsup.

thanks to Doug for running the seriesand congrats to Ahmad and Mojo Flow for winning it! thumbsup

There was a close call once when I smashed in the armco and spun, but even that damage didn't hurt the car really - the BMWs are quite forgiving in that aspect smile

The front wing damage I received when Bengo and me had a slight disagreement who should enter first at the last corner of the first lap (sorry, Bengo) was also unnoticeable.

I survived the mayhem, that's what counts in the end.
