Just ask her. World wont end, besides your leaving and will never see those people again anyways. Nothing to lose!

What are you waiting for? Ask her out!
Doesn't have to be a romantic mushy thing. Maybe a simple dinner and/or drinks or something relatively innocent. Then take it from there.

Ask her out.

But dont be surprised, after all this advice, if she declines...truth is, you were already given the giant green light, but didnt proceed! Very often such signals have an insanely short shelf life...or none at all. This due to women's expectations that you can read her most obvious social signals, and are assertive and risk taking enough to follow through. But ask her out even if not a sure thing.

I'd not ask her "uh...hey so uh, wanna go out?". I'd resurect the joking conversation from the other day, keep it the joke, then gently suggest you meet for a drink after work, after all she's "blonde and from____, my perfect dating type!" Or some variation of that...

Oh, the short shelf-life I've experienced several times...gotta be quick and play their game, when they invite you to play, or they go home without you!

Yes, a very short life indeed.

I always thought there was this golden rule "never start a relationship with someone at work". I've seen it happen a few times and when it went wrong things got ugly very quickly. On the other hand, had my parents followed that rule I wouldn't be here writing this smile

Although this topic is not about me, I have read all your comments and have thought about my experiences in the past.

I have always had the thought that "Wow, that girl is way too hot for me!", so I guess that is one of the main reasons for me still being single!

As much as I'd love to have a girlfriend, there are also so many bad points to having one. One day I think I'd kill to have a GF, another I'm glad I'm single. There are so many pros and cons depending on the type of person you are, your lifestyle, your work hours, everything.

I mean yeah, I'd love the company and the love and the sex but at the same time I don't want all the bullsh*t that comes with it. I'm talking about the sort of girls in my area here and not for the rest of the world.
