Another vote for asking her out.
At least if she says no you won't have to wonder anymore.
She might even say yes. wink

Oh yeah, don't wait too long. If she did drop a big hint she might get pissy if you wait too long; thinking you are jerking her chain. That's happened before.

there was this girl on my brothers Face Book page who I asked him about some time back because she had the best smile and eyes on her profile shot. She was his GF's best friend back in JR High so he wasn't too updated on her.

Fast forward to 3 wks ago and I noticed some posts on her Facebook page, not sure how I had access to her wall as I wasn't on her friends list. I took a chance and sent her an email stating I read that she wasn't seeing anyone and if she was interested in going for a drink? After a few wks of getting to getting to know each other first just by texting, then by Yahoo IM we went out last weekend.

I would have never asked her out prior, but I'm glad I did. Take the chance, all she can do is say no thumbsup

The biggest mistake guys every make is thinking "She's too hot". That's what keeps you from acting and pushes you into overthinking which might be what happened here.

I remember seeing a cartoon/web comic where a woman walked into a bar and sat down. Everyone in the bar had thought bubbles that read things like "she is out of my league" "wow she is hot but..." "She would never give me the time of day." etc. The woman's thought bubble read. "I wonder why no one is talking to me, do I look that bad?"

No one is out of your league. The worse that can happen is that she pulls a gun and shoots you dead (or blows off a important body part.) Probably though she will just say no.

That was totally my way of thinking, I was actually very surprised she responded to me and have since hit it off very well. yep

Somehow the entire office know that I think she's hot, probably the eye contact me and my friend from school have been exchanging at random times when she's leaning over a table or something and someone saw that, or she and have thus figured it out, or someone told her.

Now last night we were out with the work on dinner and a few of us started talking about relationships. One other girl (males are in the minority at this office) asked me what preferences I prefer (the hot girl is at the table), I said the first thing that came to mind (blondes), my friend said something about "from which part of the country do you want her to originate from". First I said Gothenburg and half a second later her hometown. She laughed and said she maybe should be talking with he dialect. The other girl joked that "shouldn't you two go on a date" and the hot girl responded with a smile "yes when are we?"

Now, I'm not stupid (or am I smile ? ), I doubt this is more then a friendly joke between co-workers, and not even something flirtacious, but a few random thoughts from SHQ would be appreciated. Nothing else happened really, but should I ask for her phone number before departing or drop it? I just somehow feel it would feel clumsy if I asked for her number.

If she's going to shoot you down, she's just made it that much harder for her to turn down at least one date. Miss AZ's sis was in my class, what I would have given for a chance that you've been offered.

Unfortunately, one jackass screwed it up for the entire class...long story. cuss2
