Training tracks are a problem as they only work correctly with the version of Lockon that they were made for. That is why you are seeing things not work correctly when you play the training tracks

So you have choices -

do not patch up to latest patch version until you have watched training tracks as much as you want to.

Install two versions of Lockon on your PC. One is unpatched and only there so you can watch training tracks and the second install is patched up and the one you use to fly for real.

Or the third way is to watch the training tracks that have been converted into movies. They are here....

The download at the top of that page (size of 8.2MB) contains all the training text and lots of very, very useful pictures (example below) that you will look at again and again. The rest of the downloads are the training movies - they are very big downloads (some are 300+ GB) so may take some time to download.
