Yet another fairly modest release, the German Expansion PlanePack v2.0 sees:

- The spinners on the He 111H-2 smoothed and the damage model tweaked.

- New 'rough edge' Hangar shots.

- Some skins tweaked in some minor way (lightened, a little weathering, etc.).

- Plane names standardized.

- Hanger stats given the 'index card' look.

This actually completes the significant Expansion releases. Unless something pops up, any future Expansion releases will be strictly cosmetic (GUI & skin stuff).

By contrast, all of the Legacy packs are now in line for updates. With their significantly less finished planes (compared to Expansion packs), there's much more to fix in them, but the work is well advanced and moving along. And there's still the new LDOR Legacy on the horizon.

I've had SDOE since 1999 and still play it from time to time. LOMAC, IL-2, Rise of Flight are great too, but something about SDOE keeps me coming back.
