I really enjoy the two-seaters in OFF and I thought I would share som pics. They are maybe not as flashy as the scouts but they offer a nice variety of missions including bombing and observing. Please add any pics you might have.
First RE-8

Shooting up some poor Brit from the observers seat of a DFW CV

That's a start. Much more to follow.

Thanks for your kind words catch. It's only made possible by the work of others. It's probably a good thing I don't have a full version of FRAPS, hehe.

LOL there'd be no stopping you if you had the full version of FRAPS ! I'd look forward to any vids you might make. As for me I've kinda taken off my directors cap and having an extended break. I don't want to post crappy vids just for the sake of getting something out there. And to top some of my better old vids takes a lot of frustrating work and I'm just not that motivated to go through that at the moment. I go through these phases.

My screenies are most often shot on deliberate screenie flights. So I need to feel the inspiration just to do that. The work that can go into the movies I've seen especially your fine work Catch is probably beyond my wherewithall. I might suprise myself but we will never find out. Jammer28 just posted a very nice Frank Luke vid on Simtube. I hope he will not mind my sharing the link. He was inspired by the historical record of one of my heroes and created what I think is a fine memorial to the man. http://simtube.com/video/3948/Over-Flanders-Fields-Between-Heaven-and-HellFrank-Luke

And yes Catch your vids obviously were made to your high standards. Myself and others have enjoyed them and then easily for us clamour for "More!" I do hope to see more of your work.

Well I've been unable to fly for awhile but I'm back with pics featuring the Roland CII. The airplane in particular is that of pilot Rudolph Windisch. Holding a nice formation.

Perhaps the best known "Walfisch"

A flight of Nieuport 16's drop out of the clouds.

One of the frenchmen gets firmly on or tail.

Pierre thinks this fish has been poached.

The pilot has met his firey fate.

The rear gunner seeks revenge and a heavy price.

As the plane falls earthward the gunner finds his mark.

Who knows why he broke off? Had enough or took one round too many?

Thanks for checking it out.

Two seaters are great in OFF, and we would need more, such as the Breguet XIV, the Salmson, DH4, or early wars such as Caudrons ...
