Scissor made me think of Robert Mitchum in a Sabre doing a high speed scissors in The Hunters
against Dutch and the Mig driver Casey Jones.

Not sure if the same but still a good film, flying bits at least.

Hey that is a good movie! Of course, just about any movie with aircraft will get my attention.
