Lots of questions:

1) Are they planning on making the trees solid, or keeping them as fancy sprites?
2) How are cities and towns done?

Looks nice...maybe I'm daft, but how is this any different from say FSX?

i don't care about trees being sprits, if they are diversifies to the regional flora, and well done, its not like ms ever let us had the fun of plowing into them and from up high makes no difference anyway

Not to mention no home based computer system in the world could render that many trees as solid objects without bringing it to it's knees and begging for mercy.

The trees as sprites is no big deal to me either as once you are in the air and flying at altitude you would not be able to tell the difference anyway.And when on the ground if well done you won't be able to tell much difference either.
