Just making a random post here about this but, would anyone besides me like to see a patch to allow you to quick fly a no-name pilot that doesn't have to be created in the career mode so if he dies it's no big deal?

Hi KRT Bong, what you want is really already provided for with OFF BH&H all patched up to the most recent version. On the Quick Combat screen where you select your aircraft and other perameters there is a tick box for "Pilot Never Dies". It's located just below the choice of season/weather boxes on the right hand side. That gives what you want for the most part I think but you still need to have an active pilot selected for the nationality you want to fly. I think you need to tick that box before each flight but it's very simple. At least you won't lose him and have corpses stacking up around your desk. Also in Workshop there is the option to select "Pilot never Dies" which holds for all flights/pilots until you deselect it.

Okay, I see your post was regarding Quick Missions. Well the same holds true there as well. Tick the "Pilot Never Dies" box on the Mission screen and you man will not perish.

I might be wrong, but what KRT_Bong asks is "impossible" to implement.
But what Rickity says is a good workaround.
