Broke the 300 lb mark today!!!!! I'm 298 lbs for a total loss so far of 152 lbs!!!! I may be in speedo shape by next feburarys Mexico trip!!! I kid I kid!!!!!!

Like a new man, literally. It's amazing the difference something like........the weight of a person makes!
