That was a really sloppy game, not what I'd consider playoff material. But we've seen alot of this type of game this playoff year.

I'm neither a Saints or Vikings fan and I can't imagine either of these two beating the Colts.

On both sides of the ball the Ref's were just as poor as the ball control, you just never know what your going to get from the guys on the field and in the booth. How many times this year have you seen an incomplete pass, on plays less obvious than the bobble in overtime.

If you watch the replay of the OT PI call, the Ref that is close waves it off, the one from behind with the worst angle throws the flag. Ball is at least 10 yards past the play and clearly not playable.

Does anyone hear think the 4th & 1yd where the ball was knocked loose was the correct spot? If the ball comes loose, is forward progress given?

Combine this with the NFLs terrible OT rules and I finished watching the game like I had overpaid admission (perhaps because neither team was one I cheer for).

And what was Favre thinking when he tossed the INT at the end? If that had been a College player, he would have been yelled at up and down the field.

I agree, the score doesn't tell the story of what a bad game that was, if that's the best of the NFC then the superbowl may be a blowout.

My pick for next week - Colts.

I pick the Colts also. I don't think that the machine that is Peyton Manning will be stopped.

That being said, I am rooting for the Saints.

I'm confused. Aren't they going to play the Pro Bowl before the Super Bowl this year? Does that mean it's two weeks from now?
