Guys,I recently installed Windows 7 but in a moment of madness forgot to back-up my e-mails,one of which contained my YAP members area log-in.
Usually there is a 'lost password' reminder but I didn't see one on the site.
I sent an e-mail approx a week ago asking for help but so far no reply.
Hopefully someone from the team will see this and point me in the right direction.

Apparently someone's removed the appendix.
