Was this film ever released outside Germany? If anyone has seen it, did it faithfully follow the video games' plot?

This is the trailer:

But where are the Trigens?

Is it worth renting someday?

It wasn't as utterly sucktacular as Streetfighter: The Movie, even in that regard it failed.

OK, thanks guys... I'll avoid it then WinkNGrin

Some time ago, I heard that they were adopting Far Cry to film, then it just disappeared off the radar.

From reading Herr Boll's wikipage, its interesting that most of his films were adopted from video games. Here's hoping he'll make a film based on Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball cheers

Don't get me wrong, but nobody should "eagerly await" anything by Herr Boll.

Not unless you like that sort of thing.

You freaks.

Oooh, imagine a Uwe Boll/Micheal Bay film.

All the plot and dialog of Mr. Boll with the CGI explosions of Mr. Bay.

FTW.

Well, this is at Netflix so I'm going to have to check it out. I'm a sucker for bad movies.

Well, I do have standards. I only go for bad movies with top notch FX.

I give you: The Machine Girl (you can stream this on Netflix, btw popcorn )

To this day I have no idea why Raul Julia decided to be in that movie.

Their comments during the movie were hilarious, most of the time.
