Paradise

A year ago a lightning storm fried my trusty old machine, and having barely enough cash to fix it so I could read e-mail, my simming days were on hold for the time being.

My recession-hit job has spluttered back into making money and coughed out enough for me to upgrade the ol' 'puter.

I went for an I5 processor and 4gb of DDR3 to set things off. I'm still running Windows 7 Beta. I have an Nvidea 9600, cheap from Best buy, but as most of the stuff I play is processor intensive I figured it'd be fine. So 1st thing I did was to get CFS 3 back on, patched and then OFF back on and patched it to the latest.

All sliders maxed. 1690 x 1050 native resolution for my ViewSonic. Butter. Eye Candy swimming in butter.

FSX runs sooo smooth too.

To the OFF team, Thank You. I pre ordered OFF, and this is the 1st chance to run it properly, amazing.
