Finally, with some last second adjustments, here is what I ordered from Digital Storm:
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout (Black Ops edition) CPU: Intel Core i7 920, 2.66GHz, overclocked by Digital Storm to 3.6GHz MOBO: EVGA X58 LE (supports SLI or Crossfire) RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600MHz Digital Storm/Mushkin Power: 750 watt Digital Storm (Silent Edition-Dual SLI Compatible) Storage: 1.5 terrabyte, 32MB cache, Seagate Barracuda (Extreme Speed) HDD 1st media drive: DVD-R/RW+CD-R/RW(DVD Writer 20x/CD Writer 48x)Lightscribe 2nd media drive: Blue Ray player/DVD Writer Video: Nvidia Geforce GTX 285 1GB (with PhysX technology) Audio: Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium Fata1ty Professional Media expansion: Internal media card reader Cooling: Noctua High Performance Cooler Mouse: Razer Death Adder Gaming Mouse OPS: Windows 7 Home Premium – 64 bit
3 year parts and labor Lifetime technical support
Cost: $2557 (U.S.) + $0 taxes +$0 shipping.
I already have a great monitor (Acer X243, 16:10, 24 inch LCD), and keyboard (Logitech G15). I'm keeping my "legacy" PC for older games, Internet surfing, and Microsoft Office Suite. I am a happy dude! Now to find the right DVI-only KVM switch for a reasonable price.

Looks like a fast system. OC to 3.6Ghz should really fly.

That's very high end. It should run anything very well indeed.

Very high end, but IMHO still a tad expensive. I'd love to see the price of the CPU+Overclock+Mobo separated from the rest, as this is where I think they are overcharging.
Also, what's the GTX285 worth with them?

A few guys I know that don't like to build went with Digital Storm and are very pleased with the product. D-S is becoming a main stream "boutique" company with excellent follow through.
Until the "300" comes out, the GTX 285 is a good choice and sometime down the road when you upgrade to another v-card, you can use the 285 as a dedicated physx card...lol.
Enjoy your new rig and game hard!

Thanks guys. I can't wait to install DCS: Black Shark, FSX, and Lock On: Modern Air Combat and crank up the visual goodness. I can't do that right now with my Pentium 4. Lock-On plays okay but Black Shark and FSX have to be turned way down resolution-wise. I hate that.

Gratz on the new (and pretty powerful) rig.
Did they charge you extra for the overclocking?

Did they charge you extra for the overclocking? Yep. But only $45. A bargain for me, because I have no idea how to o'clock a processor. The good part is, if anything goes wrong related to o'clocking the whole thing will be covered by warranty. If I do it myself, it isn't covered. I'm still waiting for the delivery truck. Should be between now and Dec. 1 (next week).
