Kramer tried an out source website to see if my computer would run OFPDR.Came
up that my processor is too slow.Which I find too hard to believe.The site is
http://.cyri.systemsrequirementslab.com/srtest .Thanks for the help and I will take
anymore suggestions you have.

what video card drivers are you using?

StingingVelvet fixed the same problem by updating his drivers.
