I down loaded it ... installed it ... it went through the motions ... it shows a ton of skins but it won't load any of them into the sim ...

If you start the game from the skinshare utility, you only see the user made skins ( ideally for off-line play at the moment).

Have you set the skinshare utility to locate the RoF exe ?

If you start the game normally from the RoF exe then you will only get the default skins (best for multiplayer)

I can't get ANY skins to show up in the sim ...

I only play off-line right now and I have a skins folder in the C:/programfiles/riseofflight/data/graphics folder with the appropriate plane folders in there but when I start the skins never show up in play and later when I check the skins folder has disappeared and no longer in the graphics folder


I'm confused to say the least :/

same here, running skinshare utility from that german RoF site, it is loading a lot of skins, can start the game from this utility but can not select a skin any more when I'm inside Rof game. Or is this utility only made for on-line multiplay.

BTW mods box is on
