good job man!

it might seem like a weird question but i want to ask it anyway, have you made any plan for taking care of your skin during the weight loss?

you're talking about 50lbs in 5 months, i think you can do it but your skin may not be able to handle that without some help. have you consulted with a dermatologist or other people losing lots of weight to see how you can avoid the saggy skin that often comes with losing lots of weight?

Good job
I haven't read the entire thread, so maybe this has been mentioned...but find something else to do
other than computer games. I know you're going to the gym, but that's not good enough. You need
to be active aside from your time at the gym.

Keep at it and don't give up. I mostly hit the Gym because I'm required at work, but you gotta love the benefits.

Ty for your support.

As for the skin, i have been thinking about it and am starting to push my cardio exercises towards that end, but we will see 50lbs in 5 mths is doable but i need to make sure i do this so unlike last time i dont get injured. Slow and Steady wins the race.

Moses,

I notice that most of your strength training is at the extremities and there aren't terribly many exercises you're doing for your core. Have you had any back pain?

Hey Shan,

We are moving towards the core but right now the trainer wants to stay with what were are doing right now then will move into the core areas. He has had more success doing it this way.

Okay. As long as you have a trainer, you should be fine. The problem occurs when you start lifting so much weight that your core can't support it. It usually happens during power moves with free weights where a great deal of acceleration is used.

Try to be aware of any lower back pain that may occur and let your trainer know immediately if you experience it. You've gone through a lot of effort and I'd hate to see you benched by an injury.

3/8/12: Weights today all Supersets burned 386 calories, In Zone 141 to 155 for 20 mins arms are dragging a bit right now kinda hard to type. Weighed in at 398 still so no gain think it is muscle growth time again. One tidbit...

I love losing weight, only thing i dont like about it is when im walking and my underwear falls off.

Dont let your underwear fall off.
