I think the majority are reporting it is ok, however some are having probs with the Starforce driver and others with the resolution fix. Check out this thread at subsim.com for more info.

Gday

I have a related question regarding my specific scenario (new to SH3). I have installed SH3 (download version, not dvd)+ patch 1.4 +GWX3.
System: Windows 7 32 bit, i5 750, Sapphire Radeon 5770, DX11, 10.2 Catalyst drivers. I would like to change the in-game resolution to something a bit higher.

I have searched and found this: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom//showthread.php?t=127042 which says it creates a file "d3d9.cfg" to drop into the game directory. I'm a bit gun-shy whether I should try this fix, I'm worried DX11 will spit the dummy (as this fix appears to be designed for DX9c ?).

Has anyone with Win7 32bit / DX11 managed to change the resolution with this fix (or any other) ?

Cheers

Update - this later WS mod http://www.mediafire.com/file/hzujjnmwfjm/dll_widescreen.zip
does the trick but there is still some work to be done:
