There are two ways you can do it.

The first is to just program the stick in IL-2.

The second is to download and install the Logitech Gaming Software. The latest version is 5.08 and you can find it on the Logitech site. This is software that can be used to program your G940 using 3 modes, axis bands, etc. You can also control the lights on the throttle with this software.
