Hi all, wondering of you can help with a TrackIR problem. Recently, I seem to have lost the ability to look upwards to the front very far. I am using TR4, with Track Clip and the TR5 software and its been working fine.

I haven't changed my seating position, or location of monitor or sensor, but now when i look up (say to see the upper panel and mirrors in Black Shark, or out the top of the canopy in Free Falcon 5, my view is limited to about 35 degrees.

Looking at the green dots display, the sensor is losing track of the reflectors as I look up, but repositioning the sensor or my hat, or, shifting up or down in my seat doesn't seem to improve this. My pitch curves are right in the software fro the upward movement, but it only tracks about 1/4 to 1/3 of the range available on the graph.

Any hints as to how to fix this?

Have you tried rolling back to the 4th-generation TrackIR drivers?

Definitely a less elegant UI, but there seems to be a distinct difference in response between the two.

A reinstall is never a bad idea, also switch USB ports if you can.
