i already have a Steam account, but no one here mentioned that MW 2 uses Steam.

i only mention this fact in case anyone has something against using Steam.

I'm waiting for the Steam version to be released... 2 days I believe... but i take it even the store bought copy uses the Steam app features?

Kinda sucks for those who don't like Steam... lucky for me I love it. wink

yes it is now in the Steam "My Games" list in my account. one icon for singleplayer and one icon for multiplayer.

i have a number of games purchased from Steam. i don't have any problem with using it either.

the only drawback to using Steam is that it will make it harder to sell the game if you decide to after you are finished playing it.
