or a nice Stilton with Port wine. Every year, around the beginning of December, the local supermarket has these large Stilton's with a hole drilled in the top, into which they put a bottle of not too bad Port wine. The bottle slowly empties itself in the cheese. A week before X-mas it's finished and you can buy it - it's pretty popular.

A tradition my father and I have for many years now - with X-Mas and New Year's eve we eat this stuff on crackers. The women in our respective households hate it though - so more for us!
