the most recent complaint two weeks ago from neighbors suggesting naval officers assigned to the historic vessel eliminate the morning and evening blasts on weekends, reduce the size of the gunpowder charge and turn down the volume of the national anthem recording played during the daily flag raising and lowering ceremonies.
Sooooo here's what I would do:
Turn UP the volume.
Increase the amount of GP (safely) BIG BOOM!
And not only keep the blasts but increase the duration.
And for all those that don't stop long enough while our Nations Anthem is being played to pay respect PROPERLY, I'd have some sort of red light camera system set up within a four block radius. Then, I'd mail 'em all tickets.
