I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with Real-World weather on FSX. For the past few days, it's been clear here. However, when I apply the Real-World Weather, and go to take off, it's always raining...even if there's not a cloud in the sky in RL. Any ideas, anyone?

Do you have a third party add on like REX? If you have a theme set up in REX (which may include rain) it will over-ride the FSX setting.

I have TrafficX...but I'm not sure that that addon includes weather...I could be wrong, though.

Ok, I've bitten the bullet and purchased ActiveSky 6 and upgraded it to 6.5. It looks promising, but the problem is that I don't know how to use it in FSX. Has anyone here used ActiveSky 6 or 6.5 with FSX? Thanks.

From what little i read on it real quick it looks like Activesky should be running while you're playing FSX. Same thing with REX2 i have a weather radar running.
