Brian, to the best of my knowledge, the corrupted graphics in the Munitions screen will not be fixed by the method referenced above by Recluse. Just for the heck of it, several of us tried it prior to 5.3, and it did not work.
However, two things you can do:
1. Try starting FF5 without AA forced on (using your card's setting - leave it on application controlled or off, whatever you like). Go into your mission set up, decide on your munitions loadout, check any tac ref items you want. When you are ready, save your mission, just in case, but don't back out or anything - stay at the mission planning screen. Alt tab out to the desktop and now force AA on in your card setting. Alt tab back in. You should now be anti-aliasing enabled, and don't need to go into your munitions screen. If you want to run it later, force AA on before start up of sim - load your saved mission ready selected.
2. The first method should work. But you can often just mouse around in the load out screen with AA on and the graphics corrupted - but they clear up enough usually that you can make your selections. Helps to know your way around the lay out of the weapons of course. Rolling the mouse across the bottom of the screen usually reveals the exit/apply/cancel buttons.
