Mikey,
Do you have the version with the R/S issues fixed, 3 position flaps and working canopy?
If not, I can send it to you. It's a straight up replacement for the old model. Yes! This would make them perfect! AO

Ray, Ray, Ray, I can't seem to win. I pick what I think is the best model and you find a better one. Of course I want the best. You know the addy, why isn't it there already? It should have been there last night. BTW, thanks for the imput. I'll remodel the bird for the next post.

Hi Mike,The red colour seems somewhat intense. Are your skins for 'Glide' or 'D3D' rendering? Nice collection mate David

Always check with me Mikey. There's a lot of improvements I've made to other people's work over the years. That's what I do. Now if I could just figure out the problem with the P-40 model.

Hi Ray. The problem with the P40 model is the use of -32768 on almost every element. That causes panels to show reversed textures, but no worries, CJ and me are well on the way to having a totally new even more HR P40 Warhawk. I'm rebuilding Kurt's original model without piggybacks, and to correct scale [it was a bit too long], and CJ is making the different nose sections. I already had 2 wings, which were nearly complete, from 2 years ago, which now can be added to this new model.

Nice malcolm-hooded Ponies, Mike - I like them (not only in the crosshairs ) The brown camo colour is the common "olive drab" or something else? Just curious because I got used to the more greenish tones... To Col.Gibbon and CJ: An interesting P-40 you´re working at - I´m looking forward to the Tomahawk and an improved and revised model for Captain Kurt´s P-40. And of course thx to Ray´s 3dz improvements - maybe you collect and offer all of them on your Sandbagger-page?
