Keep it up man! Well done.

I managed 30 mins on the Wii Fit yesterday, calories burned, about 12.7. You're doing miles better than me!

Keep up the good work, Moses!

In case no one mentioned this yet, what works for me, and maybe only me so see your doctor, is a diet that keeps sugar to 40 grams a day or less, dumps all traces of transfats, interesterified oils, and unfermented soy products and other estrogen producers, and also eliminates potatoes, white flour pasta and macaroni, white rice, and white bread. If I eat like that, I can eat whatever I want on the list of stuff that's left. I'm over fifty and can outrun most eighteen-year-olds, and do more pushups, too!

And don't believe the crap about fat being bad. Transfats, sugar, and starch are the bad things. Read cardiology history. Chronic heart disease appeared about the same time as margarine and refined flour and sugar snacks as common items in the market. Prior to about 1928, even cardiologists hadn't heard of CHD.

The "fat is bad and cholesterol will kill you" drum that the government morons have been beating for decades is bullcrap. If you don't think so, have a look at heart disease stats over the years. Has it gotten better since everyone became terrified of fats and cholesterol at their behest, or worse? Huh? How 'bout it? Which is true?

But of course, as always, these are the ravings of a lunatic. Ignore me. Consult your physician and ignore anything I say, I'm crazy and my advice is awful and harmful and absolutely unqualified in every way so don't listen to me for your own good, LOL!

Cheers!

It's going to get easier and eventually a day without exercise will feel as unnatural as a day with it currently feels.
