Back to the gym today did 12.8 miles in 60 mins sweated like a pig too. Felt good coulda been 13 miles but i took a couple of 15 sec breaks in pedaling I really was just disappointed but talked to trainer today he said with the type of workouts we are doing expect to gain a little weight cause its the muscles building. Also going to start doing core work on days of no strength training with a day off from that every 2 days of core.

Cardio Day finally broke 13 miles 132 average HR, 156 Max HR, 38mins in zone, 456 calories burned.

Did weights 10/1 with trainer and 30mins cardio 235 calories burned.

Weigh in day down to 387 total of 25 lbs lost. The 6th of October will be a month that I have been doing this. full workout today weights and cardio.

I've been following along with this since day one, it's very interesting to check in from time to time and see the progress has been going so well. Great work, keep it up! My uncle was in a similar situation and he's now a better than average healthy weight, it can be done!
