Am I having a senior moment?

Are my eyes deceiving me?

I thought a little while ago there was another post here suggesting that some had misunderstood the tongue-in-cheek banter...

Perhaps it was in a different thread. Perhaps I need more coffee (or less)!

Dart et al,

Thank you very much for the feedback on T&T's server provision. I am very sorry to hear that your sightseeing flights were so rudely spoilt by ignorant thugs, and have taken steps to ensure that this does not occur again on our server.

From now on, all aircraft will be limited to loading out with flowers in the barrels of their machine guns, rather than bullets.

Pilots will be expected to give cheery waves to one another, and provide a lift home should they see another pilot land his/her aircraft due to equipment malfunction.

All players with the so-called Black Cross on the wings will be kicked; as will all pilots in green aircraft. I will not have loutish behaviour on our server.

I hope that everyone continues to enjoy Rise of Sightseeing, and I hope to provide more scintilating locations from France for you all to enjoy soon.

Regards,

Masaq
(Total Touring server).

Those blinking lights at the front of those planes are the worst.

It's some sort of hack. They blink their lights at you and it makes your plane fall apart.

Bad boys, bad boys, whatchya gonna do when they come for you, bad boys, bad boys.

Being rather dense myself I'm not sure what is tongue-in-cheek humor and who was offened. Regardless, as I usually don't know what the hell I am doing. I thought the wing waving was a dare. I will try harder to offend everyone.

Ohhh, wait a minute boys! And here I thought that the blinking lights were the "You're safe and it's ok to pass!" and only in my own little world (SP RoF). This T&T thing is worse than I thought... eek

Even better, Ming! thumbsup

And for the sender of the PM I received, who meant well, and any others I may have confused...I apologize if my tongue was too far in my cheek when I posted this, so I have added clarification in bold type:

Quote of my earlier post:

"And this is why I avoid the Terror & Trauma server and others like them.

I have more than enough trouble trying to deliver greetings and offer friendship to fliers of other nations in our own little world (RoF Single Player). Often, they are less than warmly receptive, and often quite belligerent (they shoot at me)! A strange reaction from those who fly such beautifully painted charges which invite close inspection...(Fokkers of the Circus)"

I was not referring to the RoF forum... hahaha
