Hello Womenfly2,

this was a very bad joke. Here i am, waiting for a decent Zeppelin since the one in OFF, and now i see this one is only photoshopped ! Grrrr !!

I hate you. Hmm, not really WinkNGrin, only hope the devs decide to make this, or any other airship fly sooner (good!) or later (bad!!), in RoF. Now i wonder whether the devs would be able to model the ballast, and hydrogen gas properties in a way you could fly an airship statically, with venting gas to sink, or drop ballast to rise without moving through the air dynamically. Not to forget the impact of sun has on the gas in the cells, atmospheric conditions blah etc. etc. ... but i promise to keep my mouth shut if there would be a Zeppelin at all. Promised notworthy

I somehow remembered the perspective and ship from the airshipmodeler forum, but i still had hope ... anyway good photoshop "job".

Greetings,
Catfish

From the way I read it if they do get it into the game it will be a static 3d model placed in the editor. It wont even have a collision model as far as I know. The chance of it ever making it into the game is almost 0 though.

But the photshopping is well done at least! It's the image noice on the lower one that reveals it most and the lost piece "between" the wingtips, but the upper one is really good!

lol yeah, this is the render used for the second one:

Also the guy who posted these on the RoF boards stated right off that they were just mock ups. They do look good though. I used to always like taking a Home Defence posting at some point in my Red Baron careers just so I could down Zeps and Gothas.
