Hmm.. if I was getting another console I'd grab the PS3 (or X360 in my case since I own a PS3 already). Just to have both.

I got that free hard drive transfer kit. Came in very fast. I figure if it's free from MS, I have an obligation to get it. LOL
I was a little disappointed that the new arcade models have onboard memory, I think the older ones came with one of those memory units you could keep your profile on.
