Hello everyone. I just got a pair of these headphones and I'm not quite sure how to hook them up with my particular setup. I use this VGA cable to play my xbox 360 on a computer monitor. I've checked the web and it seems you can use the X1 with this configuration but I don't know how to hook it up as I'm not an audio guy. What do I hook where?

The headset came with a splitter that has a red and white rca jack and a green 1/8 jack. As it stands, my vga cable's red and whit rca jacks fit into an xbox 360 adapter jack that then plugs into my subwoofer. I'm confused as to what to do. Its starting to look like I need some other adapter but from what I read is should work I just don't know how. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Kramer for the links and help. I finally figured it out. I did not realize that the rca jacks on the splitter that came with the set had female ends on the back. I think I got it hooked up right now. Thanks again.
