Help finding CFS3 from Ubisoft

I'd like to get OFF but I need to find CFS3.
On reading one of the posts below, I see that the UBIsoft version of CFS3 does not need to be kept in the drive. The problem is I can't seem to find that particular version.
I've checked the UBI site, GoGamer, and Amazon, nada.
I'll keep searching, but I was hoping that someone here could point me in the right direction.

Have you tried Ebay? I picked up a copy of CFS3 3.1 for about £2 a few months back.

Thanks, I've looked at Ebay, but the problem is how can you tell which version it is.
Seems to be a few different type of boxes but they all say Microsoft with no mention of who the distributor is.
As referenced in the post below, it seems that the UBI version does not need to be kept in the drive.

The Explosive version of CFS3 comes in a DVD case but is a CD version 3.1 and also doesn't have to be installed, OFF will do the same trick of copying the files it needs, but the disk does have to be in the drive to play either.
The older two disk CD set in the box needs to be be installed and updated to version 3.1 before trying to install OFF and also has to be in the drive to play either. The newer 2 CD disks in a wrapper are version 3.1 and OFF will copy the files it needs during the install, but you also need the disk in the drive to play.
WARNING! I can't stress this enough... over the last couple of years we have discovered that the CD cracks for CFS3 that allow one to play with out a disk in the drive can very frequently cause all sorts of weird problems and freeze ups during game play and really mess up an install; it's an inconvenience to insert the disk each time to play (unless you just leave it in there), but is well worth avoiding the grief.. or find the DVD UBISOFT version.
Hope that helps. If you want can also order from Portugal. They don't state on the site any particular information that they don't accept orders from outside Portugal. Thanks but considering the $44 shipping charge I think I will tolerate the CD in the drive. LOL You can always install the unmentionable... ...which is a quick way to FUBAR your OFF installation. You NEED to have the disc in the drive if you are playing off the CD-ROM version.

It's really true, no CD exe's with OFF have caused all sorts of weird problems and headaches for players.. just isn't worth it.
I kept looking and finally found a Ubisoft DVD of CFS3 from an Ebay seller in Australia. I ended up paying about $20 for it with postage, but feel it was worth it. One install with this DVD and I never have to use it again, unless I do a reinstall.

No, but seriously! I have a copy I was going to sell with a bunch of other games, if you want it. Original, from Microsoft. Bought it when it first came out. Boxed, and includes manual.
