It left Norfolk, Va., on Thursday, and it will spend the week here before being officially commissioned on Saturday. How they got the Trade Center steel and worked into the ship. It was very emotional, for the ship builders and everyone concerned. Glad to see she has returned home and I wish her the best of service to NYC and the United States of America.
